Es handelt sich um ein uraltes Rezept aus den friaulischen T\u00e4lern, insbesondere aus dem Tramontina-Tal, wo es sogar ein Slow-Food-Presidium ist. <\/p>\n<p>Es wurde entwickelt, um das Fleisch der typischen Tiere der Region haltbar zu machen, und ist heute aufgrund seines intensiven, aber dennoch delikaten und eleganten Geschmacks eine hochgesch\u00e4tzte Wurstspezialit\u00e4t. Es wird nicht in eine H\u00fclle gef\u00fcllt und ist daher vollst\u00e4ndig essbar. <\/p>\n<p>Man kann sie mit einem Messer in Scheiben schneiden und auf ein Schneidebrett legen oder mit traditionellen Gerichten wie Polenta mit Pilzen oder Formadi Frant kombinieren.
