Gioacchino apporte son savoir-faire de fromager, Luciano sa ma\u00eetrise commerciale : ensemble, ils posent les bases d&#8217;une expansion rapide. Des quelques dizaines de meules matur\u00e9es dans le grenier de leur p\u00e8re Modesto \u2014 auquel sera plus tard d\u00e9di\u00e9e une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 maison \u2014 l&#8217;entreprise passe aux 30 000 meules de son entrep\u00f4t actuel.  <\/p>\n<p>Affineur officiel du Montasio AOP depuis 1993 (SPN002), Del Ben Formaggi int\u00e8gre en 2007 une unit\u00e9 de production de ce fromage embl\u00e9matique du Frioul, en collaboration avec le Caseificio di Cimpello, dont il devient l&#8217;affineur officiel et exclusif.<\/p>\n<p>En 2012, la famille Del Ben acquiert la Latteria d&#8217;Aviano, situ\u00e9e dans le pi\u00e9mont de Pordenone, redonnant tout son prestige \u00e0 une maison active depuis 1919.
