In compliance with the obligation set forth under Article 1, paragraph 125, of Law No. 124/2017 — requiring disclosure of amounts exceeding €10,000 received during the financial year from public administrations and entities referred to in the same article, by way of grants, subsidies, paid assignments, and any other economic benefits of any kind — Del Ben Formaggi Srl, with regard to aid received and subject to publication in the National State Aid Register (Registro Nazionale degli Aiuti di Stato) pursuant to Article 52 of Law No. 234/2012, held by the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE), refers to the information available on the relevant portal at the following link: https://www.rna.gov.it/sites/PortaleRNA/it_IT/trasparenza. With regard to any other amounts received, reference is made to the information contained in the Explanatory Notes annexed to the annual financial statements filed with the competent register.
