Products shipping and delivery

Products ordered on “delbenformaggi.it” are shipped via GLS/DHL express courier, depending on the delivery address. Estimated delivery times are 1–2 business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders are dispatched according to the following schedule:

• Orders received and paid by 8:00 AM on Saturday will be shipped on Monday;
• Orders received and paid by 12:00 PM on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday;
• Orders received and paid by 12:00 PM on Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesday.

 

Sales operations are limited to Italian territory only: the Merchant may only accept orders originating from within Italy, and Products will be delivered exclusively within Italian territory. Orders must be placed directly through the website of the country to which delivery is intended. Orders placed through a website of a country different from the delivery destination, or addressed to locations not accepted by our courier (P.O. Boxes and General Delivery addresses), will be automatically canceled.
Within Italy, the Website is not authorized to ship to Livigno, Campione d’Italia, San Marino, and Vatican City.

Shipping costs
Depending on the value of the cart, three different shipping cost tiers apply:
For orders under €29.90, shipping costs are €10.
For orders between €29.90 and €59.90, shipping costs are €5.
For orders over €59.90, shipping is free.
