Aged Latteria d’Aviano Cheese

A long-aged cheese (minimum 9 months), when it exceeds 18 months its texture becomes crumbly. Pleasant notes of spiciness and aromas reminiscent of hay and toasted nuts begin to emerge. As it evolves, it can be tasted with polenta, cured meats, as well as grated or flaked.
