White Blu is a combination of the aromas of white berries from Friulian wines mingling with the blue of spicy blue cheese.
Aging takes place in barrels with the pomace and lasts several months. The structure changes and becomes creamier, the piquancy of the cheese is accompanied by the sweetness given by the white berries.
